AIS leverages our deep knowledge of Agilent Imaging systems along with our strong relationships with the Agilent Hardware Support Team to provide current and future installed base customers with unique solutions for the purchase, sale, consignment or rent of Agilent AXI and AOI systems.

AIS investigates the repair history and provides an Agilent pre-certification of system health prior to offering systems. Agilent pre-certification establishes the best possible confidence that the system is fully operational, has the latest hardware and software, and is eligible for Agilent support contract.

AIS includes at least one year of warranty via an Agilent hardware support contract of your choice from the wide spectrum of available Agilent solutions.

AIS utilizes Agilent’s Hardware Support Team and Agilent’s System Move Services to relocate AXI systems. AXI systems represent an especially challenging combination of being both delicate and heavy. Systems must be properly prepared and carefully shipped to avoid creating future system reliability issues. We utilize Agilent skilled technicians to properly de-install, prep, ship, and properly re-install. We also use Agilent move services to provide an insured and experienced transportation service. A site prep meeting will be held with the customer and all the key delivery personnel to coordinate all aspects of the move.
